Some facts about the number 12:

 -> 12 is a sublime number.  A sublime number is a number where the number of factors is a perfect number and the sum of its factors is a perfect number.  The factors of 12 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12.  There are 6 factors and they add up to 28.  6 and 8 are perfect numbers.  (A perfect number is a number that is equal to the sum of its proper factors.)
