"079 me" is British slang for "call me".  079 is the most common cell-phone prefix.  The phrase comes from a song called (guess what?) "079 Me".

    Well, I went out and found the song. It's okay. I've got the chorus running through my head now...."If U Like me, 079 me. If U like me, 079 me." over and over and over again.
